Tyna Loafman, a Reiki Master in the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing, has been interested in holistic health practices since her college days majoring in Therapeutic Recreation. Since 2017, she has been engaged in the training, knowledge and practice of Reiki, TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercise) as developed by Dr. David Berceli, and the meditative and vibrational healing properties of crystal bowl sound baths.

These practices, individually and in combination, support the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of individuals as they deal with past and present stresses and traumas. It has been Tyna’s great pleasure to assist others with balancing mind, body, and spirit.
