About the event
Relax into a 45 minute crystal bowl sound bath meditation, believed to improve sleep, reduce stress and balance the chakras. Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, bolster, or whatever you need to be comfortable. Most participants choose to lie on the floor for the meditation, but you are welcome to sit. (There are a few comfortable folding chairs available, or you can bring a meditation cushion.) The fee for this event is $15, payable by cash, Venmo or PayPal at the door. Please RSVP in advance as space is limited. Three Harmony Healing is located upstairs at The301.
