About the event
Scheduled to fall on or around the full moon, this monthly event is provided by The Tarble Arts Center in Charleston, IL. A limited number of floor cushions are provided, but participants are encouraged to bring blankets, yoga mats, pillows or whatever is needed to be comfortable during this 45 minute crystal bowl sound bath meditation. Participants report experiencing better sleep, less anxiety and a general sense of calm and well-being after experiencing a sound bath.
