About the event
The full moon phase of the cycle is an excellent time to release that which no longer serves you. Consider this leading up to the sound bath, and show up with your intention of release planted firmly in your mind. Next, relax into a 45 minute crystal bowl sound bath meditation, believed to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and balance the chakras. Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, bolster, or whatever you need to be comfortable. Most participants choose to lie on the floor for the meditation, but you are welcome to sit. (There are a few chairs available, or you can bring a meditation cushion.) The fee for this event is $15, payable by cash, Venmo or PayPal at the door. Please RSVP in advance as space is limited. Three Harmony Healing is located upstairs at The301.
