Instinct Fitness and Wellness, located at THE301, is hosting this years Healing Arts Festival for the first time. Stop by for live music, local art and various vendors. Look for Three Harmony Healing in the afternoon hours to meet Tyna, ask questions, or just to receive a few minutes of Reiki.

About the event
This is a free event, open to all. It will give attendees a chance to enjoy live, local music, and to chat with local vendors to find out what they have to offer. Rumor has it, there will be a Drumming Circle and Laugh Yoga! Tyna has it on good authority that there will be some Reiki offered by Three Harmony Healing (but only in the afternoon hours).
