Goodbye, hello! This new moon sound bath experience will support participants in relaxing into a deep meditation as they reflect on the year gone by and set an intention for the new year. As one door closes and another one opens, grab a friend or loved one and pause for a time of restful reflection.

Release/Embrace: let go of that which no longer serves you to make room for the new. Then, relax into a 45 minute crystal bowl sound bath meditation, supporting improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, and balancing of the chakras. Tyna will also give guidance in choosing a word to support you throughout 2025. bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, bolster, or whatever you need to be comfortable.
