Goodbye, hello! This sound bath experience will support participants in relaxing into a deep meditation as they reflect on the year gone by and choose intention for the new year. As one door closes and another one opens, grab a friend or loved one and pause for a time of restful reflection.

About the event
Release/Embrace: let go of that which no longer serves you to make room for the new. Then, relax into a 45 minute crystal bowl sound bath meditation, supporting improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, and balancing of the chakras. In addition to the sound bath, Tyna will give guidance in choosing a word to support you throughout 2025. This marks the 4th year of this popular event. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, bolster, or whatever you need to be comfortable. The fee for this event is $30, payable by cash, Venmo or PayPal at the door. Please RSVP in advance as space is limited. Three Harmony Healing is located upstairs at The301.
