About the event
Prior TRE® experience is required for this event. Join us in a group shake! Tyna leads the exercises and gives support and guidance during the tremoring time. Space is limited to 8 participanats, so please RSVP for this class. $15 payable by Venmo, PayPal or cash as the door. If you are interested in attending this class each week, speak to Tyna about a discount. If you have not yet experienced TRE®, contact Tyna for a private session. After just one private session, you are eligible for this class.
