For those who have prior experience with TRE®, join us in a group shake facilitated by Tyna. $15 payable by Venmo, PayPal or cash. Please RSVP as space is limited to 8 participants. Bring a yoga mat if available.

About the event
Prior TRE® experience is required for this event. Join us in a group shake! Tyna leads the exercises and gives support and guidance during the tremoring time. Space is limited to 8 participanats, so please RSVP for this class. $15 payable by Venmo, PayPal or cash as the door. Bring a yoga mat if available. If you have not yet experienced TRE®, contact Tyna for a private session. After just one or two private sessions, you are eligible for this class.
