This particular evening we will be welcoming the winter solstice. Please bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, or whatever you need to get comfy, and relax into the healing vibes of the crystal bowls. $15 payable at door.

About the event
Relax into a 45 minute crystal bowl sound bath meditation, believed to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and balance the chakras. Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, bolster, or whatever you need to be comfortable. (There are a few of these items in the studio for your use, as well.) Most participants choose to lie on the floor for the meditation, but you are welcome to sit. There are a few chairs available, or you can bring a meditation cushion. The fee for this event is $15, payable by cash, Venmo or PayPal at the door. Please RSVP in advance as space is limited. Three Harmony Healing is located upstairs at The301.
